  RETAINER PLANS  

CLIENT AREA

  After 8 years of servicing clients virtually, experience has shown that clients need assistants

  that are familiar with the processes of their businesses and our retainer plans have been

  developed with that relationship in mind.  An initial consultation with new clients is required

  to determine if a VA relationship is beneficial for both parties. 

 

  Our Retainer Plans reward our clients with a discounted rate for participation and

  guarantees dedicated service time.  Fees are billed at the beginning of the month and require

  a signed contract.  We also offer an automatic payment plan as a convenience to our clients.

  If any additional hours are required, they will be billed at the end of the month.  We will be

  PAY AS YOU GO PLANS (PYG)

 

 

  Our PYG Plans are for the clients that need assistance and would prefer to purchase blocks

  of time in advance.  PYG Plans are purchased and hours used are deducted until exhausted.

  Continuing service requires payment for additional hours.  Purchase time in blocks of 10,

  15, or 20 hours based our your needs.  Rates for PYG Plans start at $40.00 hour with a one

   hour minimum.  All expenses incurred will be listed on the same invoice upon approval.

    CONFIDENTIALITY  

 

  Creative Resources values every client's work.  We will keep your records and  information

  completely confidential.  We will never share these things with anyone other than those

  approved by the client and only within the context of our working relationship.

 

   
 

  OUR POLICIES

 

 
 

  Invoices are submitted on the 15th of each month.  Payment is due by the 1st of the next

  month.   Invoices are late after the 10th of the month and a late fee of 15% will be added. 

  Invoices are sent, via e-mail, fax or U.S. Mail (snail mail) whichever is most convenient our

  clients.  For your convenience, online payments are accepted and an automatic payment

  option is also offered.  A signed services contract is required for all retainer plans.  Retainer

  fees are nonrefundable.  Any unused portion of your retainer plan must be used during the

  following month.

  Payments can be made by business check, personal check, cashier's check or money order

  made payable to Creative Resources.  Additionally, we can accept  your payments and
